I have a large 2 bedroomed ground floor flat in Hareside Close Newburn. It has been recently decorated, and is due to have the windows replaced this month. It has a new kitchen in and GCH with a combi boiler. It has a kitchen which is big enough to have a dining table in as well as the usual kitchen appliances. The lounge again is quite large, i have a large corner sofa in at the moment with other living room furniture and there is plenty of space to spare. The 2 bedrooms are both doubles. There is also a large walk in cupboard space for storage, computer room, small spare bedroom, office whatever you fancy. There is a communal outdoor area where you can hang washing etc.
The area is close to all ammenities buses, shops, doctors, pharmacy, take aways, schools. It is a lovely quiet area in newburn its situated at the bottom of Walbottle bank beside the new houses at Mill Vale, all the neighbours are friendly, quiet, and pleasant.
I would like to swap for a 2 bedroomed house although i would consider a flat with a garden.
