TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
BASIC SALARY + UNCAPPED COMMISSION

We are a large international recruitment company specialising in construction, property and engineering markets. We have offices throughout the UK and overseas.

We are looking for someone of graduate calibre to either take over an existing desk or start a new desk in our fields of specialism. You will be offered industry leading training and support within one of the Times top 100 employers. Our market place is one of the most competitive in the UK and has suffered gravely in the recession but we have remained profitable and successful.

You will need to be motivated, intelligent, an excellent communicator and hungry for success. Of graduate calibre you will need to demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, a grounding in sales and an ability to understand our specialisms as well as the recruitment process.
