Hi! I am looking for someone to rent my spare room.

The rent covers council tax, internet, gas and electric (unless used unreasonably) . Any telephone calls made from the home phone will be charged to yourself.

The room is not huge (about 11ft by 13ft) but it fits a double bed and wardrobe, drawers etc nicely.

The flat is really close to bus & metro links. The bus stop is about 30 seconds away with regular buses going to Newcastle/Cramlington/Whitley Bay etc. The metro station and North Shields town centre is about 10 minutes away and the sea front is also about a 10 minute walk. There are a couple of nice local pubs within a few minutes walk as well as a co-op,newsagents, chip shop etc all around the corner.

The flat is a decent size & has all mod cons in the kitchen including washing machine (no dishwasher im afraid!)

There is wireless internet access.

I have a private back yard area (for BBQ's), and an outhouse area for storing bikes etc.

I am a 27 year-old professional, normally working 9-5. The other flatmate is a 29 year old female also a professional working 9-5. We are both non smokers. There is a cat in the household too so wont be suitable for anyone with allergies.

The flat is usually reasonably clean & tidy (nothing OTT but still clean).
