Hi there,

I’m Pete; I’m 31 and I’ve just moved to this part of the world from sunny Aberdeen… I work in advertising so I’m quite the creative type… I love a beer at the weekend but I don’t want a party-every-night-of-the-week flat! I’m also into running, the gym, good music and great banter!

I’ve got a spare room that I’m looking to rent out on a short term basis, so week by week or monthly. £80 per week or £320 per month (this includes all bills). I'll ask for two weeks rent as a deposit.

It’s a nice modern / friendly flat with wifi and it’s walk-able into the city centre (it takes me 20 minutes). In Gateshead.
