We are currently recruiting for an award winning call centre that is rapidly expanding. Over the past 6 months they have taken on over 400 people and they’re still growing!

We urgently require the following Call Agents:
Customer Service Advisors
Technical Support Advisors
Programme Advisory Team Staff (retentions)


Working in this call centre is not your standard 9 to 5, answering the phone is just a small part of the job. In this fun multi-cultured office you’ll learn everything you need to know for the job plus more! This role comes with real prospects as well!

All we ask if that you have the following

• Excellent Communication
• No CCJ’s or criminal convictions
• Intermediate PC / typing Skills
• 6 Months customer service Experience / Technical Support Experience

This is a FULL TIME vacancy and we require staff who can work on a rotational shift basis! You would therefore need to be flexible and willing to work some evenings and weekends.
