The property is a 3-storied maisonette (14minutes from Newcastle city centre by metro). The ground floor has got a bike shed. The first floor has the kitchen and the lounge area and the second floor has three bedrooms. The rooms that are being offered are: a) a small double bedroom room b) a large double bedroom room, both with a study table, shelves for books/clothes as well as 2 closet, drawers and desk light + mirror and wifi. There is also a double bedroom with 2 single beds which is going to be available later for just 39 per person per week inclusive bills (on a 2 persons basis, i.e. 39+39). The small double room and the large double bedroom are going to be available around the end of May 2008. They have got a decent size and lot of storage space. The residents are students, very friendly and nice people, not party animals but still enjoy a night out and they are up for a laugh. There is a bathroom-shower-toilet(upstairs) and another extra toilet(downstairs - 2nd level). The rent is £65/week for the small double bedroom and £72/week for the large double including all bills(i.e. gas, electricity and water, insurance, council tax, etc). The rent also includes an internet connection with an Internet PC. If you have a laptop then Wi-Fi facility is also available at no extra cost. The house is always quiet, clean and tidy.
