                                               **Experienced Social Housing Site Manager Needed**

My client a large social housing contractor are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take over a Sheltered accommodation scheme.

The project consists of 72 sheltered accommodation units, all kitchens and bathrooms. You will be expected to bring the houses in on time, fully snagged and ready to hand over.

This is a very client facing role and you will be expected to have brilliant communication skills and be able to liaise between the client, tenants and the project manager.

The scheme needs a forward thinker, a strong man-manager and someone who has the drive to bring the properties in on time.

The role will include making progress reports, managing health and safety on site as well as ensuring each property is at the correct stage.

The ideal candidate will have held the role of Site or Project Manager on a Social Housing scheme, preferably within sheltered accommodation. This is extremely important.





This project will run up until christmas with the possibility of longer term work in the new year.

First Aid - Essential

SMSTS -  Desirable

CSCS Platinum or Above - Essential

Experience in social housing and references to cover at least 4 years of running similar schemes.- Essential

Forward thinker - Essential

Assertive - Essential

Great Communication Skills - Essential
