Rent will be inclusive of bills (I would be willing to negotiate a different price if a student were to move in due to cost of council tax). Room is large with fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers. Has wifi and landline phone (calls to cost extra). Sharing with professional female (28) and affectionate and extremely friendly 2 cats.

Large living area with dining area. Gorgeous back yard area in back (see pic) for summer evenings. Photos are from when I purchased property in July 2006 so not shown room as it has had extensive damp proofing work carried out since the photos were taken.

Room can be available as soon as possible but not purchased a bed yet(although have a single at the moment to make do).

I am looking for a short term let because I haven't done this before and obviously want to see how it works.
