Hi,

I'm 25, currently a 1st yr PhD student at Newcastle. My housemates are all moving away this summer so I'm looking for new housemates (and a house!) for September. I'd prefer to be within half hr (ish) walk to uni and I'm willing to pay up to £60/wk rent (maybe more if bills included). Ideally I'm looking to live with other PhD students (or professionals) who'll be around for the next couple of years, as I don't really want to have to move again next year! Willing to be flexible though.

I'm generally easy going, clean, tidy, sociable, etc. It'd be really nice to find some friendly people to live with so if you have a spare room or are looking for a houseshare please get in touch!
