We are looking for a fun, friendly and reliable person to share a 3 bed upstairs flat on Chillingham Road with one male and one female. The flat is located towards the Shields Road end of Heaton. It is 2 minutes walk to Chillingam Road metro, the Chilli Arms pub, a variety of shops, takeaways and bus links to the city centre are fantastic. Your room will be newly refurbished along with a large new kitchen and brand spanking new bathroom. All rooms are double, have power points, double glazing (so traffic is not an issue) and there is plenty of storage space throughout. In the living room there are 2 leather sofas, a huge coffee table and built in storage. You must have a fun and sociable side as we enjoy our nights out, but also clean and able to keep up with the bills. There is an agency and damage deposit to pay and photos are available on request
