Hi, I'm looking for a room to rent in central Newcastle or around the Jesmond area. I would usually only need the room during the week as I have a home elsewhere that I generaly return to at weekends and sometimes for a night mid-week. I'm easy going, tidy and a non-smoker. I'd idealy like to share with another professional female and would prefer to pay rent with bills included.
