Very large room available in a 2 bed cottage in Medomsley, near Consett. Medomsley is a quiet, semi rural village, ideally situated for commuting into the Metro Centre, Gateshead, Central Newcastle or Durham.

Cottage has all mod cons including wifi, dishwasher and on-street parking. The room has a king size bed, 2 x wardrobes, chest of drawers, dressing table + bedside cabinet (and there's still loads of room!). You'd be sharing with 1 other, a professional male who only stays Sunday - Thursday nights.

£300 pcm inclusive of bills. Flexible monthly basis, references and 1 month rent in advance would be required.
