Tele-marketing / Account Manager required for leading Digital Marketing Agency

Experience preferred.

Salary £15k - 18k basic with OTE of £30k +

Candidate required:

Confident, professional, articulate individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to canvass for new business whilst managing a number of projects and relationships with existing clients.

Main Duties of the role:

Identifying new client opportunities
Canvass for new business - via telephone and email - must have strong telemarketing skills.
Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact account management which will include face to face meetings, telephone and email communication.
Developing and maintaining market leading industry knowledge of digital marketing to assist with delivering a top level service for clients
Developing timetables and deadlines for clients, suppliers and internal departments
Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports to each client and establishing individual requirements whereby each client receives a personal and bespoke service
Develop a creative, ideas lead approach to client account management
Handle new clients
Actively seek to increase the services offered to your portfolio of clients and increase the income generated from them
Assisting when required with the new business proposals and pitches
