must accept dss for time being until partner gets back to work, we also have a dog who is fully housetrained, we are both over 25 moving due to current house being damp and mouldy we are both sensible tennants no mad party's we are also very clean and tidy dont mind if the property needs decorated as long as it is ready to move into. Have bond if needed looking to pay around £90 a week
