Swap my 3-bed housing association semi for 2-3 bed Penrith or Lakes. I have 2 double and one single bedrooms, downstairs wc, family bathroom, lounge, kitchen/diner and utility room. Spacious gardens - front gravel drive long enough for 2-3 cars, rear garden with seperate allotment (needs attention). The town has all local facilities, i.e. butchers, bakers, doctors, dentists, schools, shops, post office, pubs and regular bus service to Newcastle, Hexham and Carlisle. This a lovely area of Cumbria just 9 miles north of Carlise close to Lanercost Priory, woods and walks. I only want to move to be closer to my family. Looking for a 2-3 bed (no flats please) with gardens and parking, Penrith or Lakes areas
