Part of a busy but friendly brigade. To assist on all sections, meat, fish, chicken, & veg prep. Cooking of meals as and when required. TBH, Al a Carte and breakfast. Lots of weddings and functions, so you will be involved with event catering. Must have NVQ 1 or 2 and up to date food hygiene certificate. Ideal opportunity for development and lots of training. Full time permanent position. Transport would be advantageous.
