I would like a 2 bedroom house or flat, preferably a house. It needs to be unfurnished, but with kitchen appliances - cooker, fridge-freezer and washing machine. It needs to have a shower and a bath. The rent needs to be around £400. It needs to be in the Gateshead and Newcastle area, but close to the town centre.
