Purpose of the role:

• Oliver Mae’s success depends on hiring experienced, professional and well trained recruitment staff. This role is the first step in developing a high quality team, motivated and able to provide a quality service across a broad range of clients.

• Answering directly to the Managing Director of Oliver Mae, the role holder’s primary function is to develop capability and revenue through finding, hiring, developing and managing a high performance team.

Core accountabilities:

• Recruit, develop and retain a high performance team delivering client requirements cost effectively, profitably and to a high level of client satisfaction.

• Input into business development strategy as part of the Senior Management Team, maintain and improve gross profit and margins. Own responsibility for P&L.

• Lead from the front in delivering against your own sales targets, managing your team budgets effectively and provding useful reporting and forecasting to the Senior Management Team.

• Direct experience of managing staff as well as motivating, interviewing, negotiating and managing budgets / forecasts.
