The successful candidate will play an integral part in the development of the business and will be required to undertake tasks as detailed below.

•Provide leadership ensuring that contractual commitments are met and exceeded
•Communicate and ensure implementation of business policies and procedures.
•Ensure optimum staffing structures operate across contracts.
•Develop and maintain a fully competent team
•Development of financial plans - ensure that these are met and exceeded
•Ensure appropriate contract review, audit and control systems are met.
•Provision of leadership and guidance, advice, coaching and direct support
