Freelancer required: Php Developer JavaScript Wanted(Will pay £2000)

I have a website to finish. I am currently studying at one of newcastle's universities for software development and need help with web development to build my website business.
Work will start just after the new year.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing the main pages,the website's security and general web stuff.
You won't be handling all of it alone as I can work with you because I have got experience with HTML,CSS and a little of JS. In addition, online resources too including jquery.com will prove useful.

Must be patient
The website you will be working on is already on the web but we will be using a new approach to it, so it's not all that stressful.
