I have a room available for the summer.
I am a fun loving 23 year old who has just returned to newcastle after a few years working, studying and travelling. I am looking for someone like minded and sociable to take one of the spare rooms in my 3 bedroomed house.
The room is nicely decorated and fully furnished.You will have sole ise of one bathroom.
The price is 300 per month fully inclusive.
The house is modern and is within 15 min walking distance of both gateshead and newcastle centre. It is also close to bus routes and gateshead metro. I don't mind if you're a student or professional, as long as you're easy going and friendly!
