We are a professional young couple (trainee solicitor and teaching assistant) looking to move into the city centre or on the gateshead quays belt.

We require:

- secure parking
- in terms of the flat, at least 1 bedroom, lounge, kitchen, loo. We don't mind the sizes, it can be a tiny flat as long as we have a separate living area to the bedroom.
- to be within one mile of the train station

We do not want:

- a ground floor flat
- to pay more than £500 / £550 a month!
