I privately manage some properties in and around Heaton and Jesmond for landlords who are not based in the area.

I currently have rooms available for individuals and groups within properties ranging from 2-7 bedrooms.

Prices range from £45-75 per person per week exclusive of bills.

I do not charge any tenants fee's.

Properties refurbished and furnished to high standard.

You will always have one point of contact. 24 hour emergency number – all repairs dealt with swiftly and efficiently

No centralised call centre – I am based locally and am easily contactable.
