Hi. I have a room to rent as a friend is going travelling. The price includes all bills etc. I dont mind if your a student or professional. All i ask is that you are pretty sensible and respect the flat. It is brand new and is situated right out the back of Jesmond Dene, there is also a garage for storage. The location is great...2 mins from metro/ 2 mins from freeman hospital and 5 mins from Osborne road, which means it is not right in the thick of things, but close enough. Just for a bit of info 3 of us live here, 2male/ 1 female, I'm a firefighter, one works for the ambulance service and the other is also a profesional and the atmosphere is really relaxed! Included in the price is sky +, BT wireless broadband and use of the phone, when you see the place you'll realise just how much of a bargain it is, the first person to see the room will take it.
