Our client is a leading Retail Banking Group who are currently looking to recruit for a number of Assistant Branch Managers throughout the North East. If you have retail banking experience and are familiar with branch procedures, compliance and processes and are CeMap qualified…please read on.
 
The role will involve:
 
 
·         Ensuring the branch gives the best customer service experience on the high street
·         Assisting the Branch Manager with branch based controls
·         Being responsible for branch team training and giving them the direction and coaching they need to drive sales whilst meeting all other regulatory and financial security requirements
·         Lead the team to perform at the highest of standards, suggesting ways of improving branch performance
·         Dealing with Financial Products and Services sales
·         Oversee the appearance of the branch
 
Ultimately you will combine your experience of managing a customer-facing financial services team with a detailed understanding of branch control procedures and the selling of banking products.
