Hi, I am a 34 yr old male looking for a 1 bedroom house/flat for a reasonable price to rent in Newcastle (Heaton,Fenham, city centre,Jesmond) area. I have no pets, very quite, no smoker, no drinker and very clean person.
I am student at Newcastle college and have a part time job. Must take DSS and I can supply references and pay rent in advance.
