Our clients hotel relaunched recently following a period of major refurbishment. The hotel is set in 500 acres of beautiful Northumbrian countryside, with its own fishing rights on the nearby river and its own farmland producing high quality produce for the kitchens.
They are now seeking to employ a sous chef,salary upto £18k, with previous experience in all aspects of running a busy hotel kitchen,catering for weddings,events,restaurant and bar meals,room service etc.
This is a great opportunity to make your mark and to work in a beautiful envrionment. Accomodation may be available for the right candidate,however due to the rural location,own transport is desirable.
The position is permanent and requires previous experience.You must be available for interview in the Newcastle area over the coming 2 weeks and must be eligible to work in the UK.
