I am looking for any 1/2 bedroom property that will accept housing benefit for the next 4 weeks(approx) until i return to work after a serious accident. I am able to pay a bond and would make up any shortfall in the rent. I would be willing to consider most areas within easy reach of Newcastle.
I am clean and tidy, do not have any pets (exc my daughter lol) and never smoke indoors. I am looking for a property to rent long term after splitting from my partner, hence the urgently required!
