2 bed semi, on the edge of Jarrow/ south shields.

Desperately seeking 3bed or+ with most areas considered.

Have 2 children, with 3rd on way and house just to small now.

Nicely decorated, only with really need kitchen papered again soon. Still not totally modernised by council yet, still awaiting new heating system which is due in the next year, and maybe a new bathroom suit, but i;ve heard that if present one is good, then there not renewing them, and mine is a newer bathroom already. Kitchen fairlty modern. Has a utility out the back of property and down stairs toliet also, always handy wHouse has large back garden and quite a big front garden, all frnced in and side entrance to back also with gate.
(photos just rough idea what living room looks like, now have wooden flooring down.)
