I'm having to move out of a beautiful very large Osborne Road flat as I'm moving in with my boyfriend. You'll be taking my place to share with the owner, who is mature and very easy to get a long with.
The flat is opposite Jesmond Hotel, right in the centre of Osborne Road. Very easy access to the city centre. Metro station is West Jesmond and Jesmond which are both close by.
If you're into the night life, Osborne Road is fantastic for that, as Newcastle's trendiest bars are all located here. But then again the flat is a safe distance away from the noise. You will be given a residents permit to park on Osborne Road, but there'll be off road parking available too.
The flat consists of 2 double bedrooms, a very large living room, modern kitchen and a luxury bathroom.
Your room will be fully furnished and tatsefully decorated with fitted slide wardrope, chest of drawers, a double bed and natural wooden floor.
The rest of the house is luxuriously decorated and very cosy and comfortable. The flat is quite large and there are lots of places for privacy and enjoying your own space. It always has this sort of relaxing atmosphere in it.
The bathroom has a free standing bath and a shower enclosure with a powerful shower.
Just bring your own linen and move in. It's fully equipped with everything else.

You'll need to get in touch with Sue on . She's very easy going and enjoys quiet nights in and needs someone who will respect the place as after all it'll be your own home too. I'm sure you'll love it as much as I did.
