I'm a 26 year old female professional and I currently rent the back bedroom of a Tyneside flat in Heaton, but I'm starting to feel like I need a bit more space. So I'm looking for a slightly larger room to rent, preferably in Heaton, Sandyford or Byker. I'd like to share with one or two other professionals - I feel like my days of massive 6 and 7 bed house shares are over!

I think I'm quite easy to live with, quite quiet and clean, but not obsessively so. I'm out and about quite a bit but not really into the partying lifestyle nowadays.

Looking to pay no more than £400/month all included.
