URGENT Corporate Receptionist required to work Friday 30th Oct (TOMORROW) at one of our top clients based in Newcastle city centre. Future dates might be added.
I am looking for the following attributes:
*Smart immaculate presentation
*Excellent communication skills
*Great customer care skills and attention to detail
*A great team player
*Previous experience from a quality hotel reception area
*Experience from a corporate environment would be beneficial but not essential
*Superb IT skills
*The ability to work in a fast paced environment
The position will involve the following:
*Meeting and greeting visitors to the building in a professional manner
* Escort clients to the assigned meeting rooms
*Informing the host of the guests arrival promptly ensuring the guest is aware at all times as to how long the host will be
*Issuing of a security pass ensuring the guests name is spelt correctly
*Taking care of external and internal calls professionally
*The booking of meeting rooms accurately ensuring that all food and beverage requirements are noted
*Ensuring that the guests and hosts are taken care of offering excellent customer care skills at all times
Pay £8 per hour
