PRIVATE HOUSE EXCHANGE ONLY, NOT COUNCIL

I own a 4 bedroomed house in a nice part of West Denton. 3 double beds, 1 single, lounge, large dining kitchen, gardens. Fully double glazed, full ch. Close to shops, new supermarket, transport links to Newcastle and Metrocentre.

What do you have to sell, swap? I would like a 4 bed house with another reception room or conservatory, small kitchen isn't a problem. Would consider a 3 bed house if had a garage or a large garden. Would be willing to pay additional monies if your property is valued higher than mine, amount negotiable.

Ideally I'd prefer to swap to somewhere more rural but am willing to consider any suitable property in any decent area as the house itself and gardens are more important to me than the exact location. Would consider properties in my own area if house suitable.
