The Position

• Managing a desk covering a set geographical/education sector/area
• Managing a number of existing clients and candidates
• Pro-actively developing new business both over the phone and face to face.
• Working to individual and team targets

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous recruitment experience essential
• A proven track record in both new business development and account management
• A positive ‘ can do ‘ attitude
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Track record in working towards and achieving performance and revenue targets
• Team Player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
