My name is Kenneth Westbury, I am a head chef with a vast knowledge of food. Classicaly trained with city and guilds 7061 and 7062. I have worked in Paris as a chef and have worked in London at the Hilton hotel, Gleneagles and more locally Slayley Hall and Beamish Hall. My passion is cooking fresh local produce, especially fish, but I am extremely good with game and classic sauces and stocks.
I have also worked in Gastro pubs and work well in a team.
If you are a chef down or looking for relief cover, ideally within 40 mins travelling time to Newcastle I am available immediately. If you are looking for a private cook for an event or help with any type of catering I have a great deal of experience.
My rates are from £10.00 per hour depending on the position and location.
