2or 3 bedroom house or flat wanted in fenham or spital toungs...must take housing benefit. i am a 37 year lady with a teenage daughter .we ar looking for a place to rent as we have just moved hear from darlington due to the death of my sister .i am on sickness benefit so most of my rent gets paid for me. any top rent due i will make up...i would be happy for landlord to help me fill out housing benefit form and rent to be paid direct to landlord...happy to pay security bond...your property will be looked after and kept clean and tidy as we ar both house proud .we ar living in with my mother at the min and its a bit of strugle as there isnt mutch room.
