I have a large 3 bedroom house, downstairs bathroom, upstairs wc with a large garden, shed, seperate bin area and outhouses, it's in a private electric gated estate, lovely area, near to junction 42 on the m6, close to all amenities and good schools.I have only been here a year and the house is in gorgeous condition as is the garden, i am looking for a 4 bedroom property or a 3 bedroom with a seperate dining room i can use as a bedroom in wallsend or ant surrounding areas.I want to move due to my older child needing a room of his own and to be closer to my future husbands family and friends. MY HOME IS NOT OWNED, I AM LOOKING FOR A COUNCIL/HOUSING ASSOCIATION SWAP, I HAVE MY LANDLORDS APPROVAL!
