i have a large 3 bedroomed house in nelson village cramlington with cavity wall insulation gsc dg loft insulated, nice large private back garden with no neighbours at the back of me, nice sized front garden with a drive, all the bedrooms and comfortably take a double bed and furniture without feeling suffocated, the sitting room is 13ft x 15ft and has a gas fire, the kitchen is a long galley type but fitted with nice units its plumbed for a dish washer as well, the bathroom is downstairs, its a quiet area good neighbours, all the kids in the street have grown up , i would like a 3 or 4 bed on beaconhill please if you would consider a three way swap i also know someone in a 2 bed in allensgreen cramlington and a 2 bed in seaton delaval if you want to consider those houses as long as you are on beacon hill
