Hi, I am a 35yr old gay professional male looking for a double room to rent in a quiet, professional, non-smoking houseshare. I am a friendly and sociable guy who is often out of the region for two weekends per month. I am very clean and well house trained and have references if required. If possible I would like somewhere with parking and access to wireless broadband is essential. I would like to share with 1 or 2 others at the most, but ideally sharing with one other.
