Hi we have a 2 bedroom house on central avenue in guidepost,
bedrooms are double rooms..
it has large front and back gardens,
houses are to be remodernised in 2010, through the new council system,with wansbeck homes.
5min walk to "square" of shops,which include of~ post office, butchers, co-op chemist, fishshop,
library doctors dentist.
local schools 5minutes away.
local bus route to ashington, blyth, cramlington, morpeth and newcastle.
our house has a lovely "feeling" we would have loved to stay but we need another bedroom due to our 2nd child being due in 9 weeks,
we require a 3 bedroom house anywere considered, would like a driveway but not fussed as long as house in right place!
