The house has 3 bedrooms, large bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, conservatory and large garden. Situated next to the South River Tyne, the village is rural.
Person to share with 1 other person. My last house mate was female but she has just left after 5 years.
Must be a dog lover as there is also a Springer in the house! Male or female between 20 and 45 years of age.
