hi i have a two bedroom flat in north shields. 2 min walk from metro. very lovely neighbourse . has front and side garden. nice deco. its an upper flat so no noice . i am looking to be down tynemouth, coullercoats,whitley.monkseten etc. will consider almost eanything as want to be near family (sick granparents) i am willing to pay £1000 to help with move or if you know some one giveing up a flat in 1 of these areas its an easy grand for them. thanks ring scott on 07830515287 if you can help
