The Company

A specialist supply teaching agency operating out of 12 UK locations and 6 overseas offices. They were established in 1997 and provide qualified teachers and support staff to Primary, Secondary, Special Needs schools and Nurseries.

The Position

The role is based around developing and maintaining a profitable desk through generation and service of new and existing clients within a given geographical area. Adhering to company procedures, the successful candidate will be responsible for fully managing all recruitment related activity in order to maximise the value of the recruitment process to the client and meet performance and contribution targets.

The successful candidate will provide a professional and efficient service to clients and candidates and establish strong working relationships with them, developing new client and business opportunities in order to maximise turnover and growth profit through the placement of candidates on either permanent or temporary assignments with our clients, observing and exceeding target GP margins.
