The flat fully furnished with a back yard.

Parking is available with a permit.

Council tax and bills are not included in the rent.

The landlady is lovely and very resonable - rare find!

I'm looking for another female of a similar age who is a young professional/postgraduate student. I'm a tidy and clean person and like to keep my lovely flat that way I'm looking for someone similar to myself - friendly, and tidy!
