compitant male & female singers required for new vocal group

im looking to put together a vocal group for giging and possibly some competitions.
The genre predominantly will be pop/electro/R&B, more mainstream stuff.
I'm hoping to make it a mixed gender group about 4/5/6 strong.
I'm looking for strong vocalists with the ability to move, no dance experience required really, but it would be useful.
I'm an experienced singer myself, and i'll be in the group too.
I need a strong female vocalist to share lead vocals, and some other not so strong male and female singers. The more powerful your voice is, the better!
A friend of mine is already lined up to do PR and advertising, the managment sides of it really.

This is not a joke advert, please only send serious responses.

Auditions will be organised soon, probably late october time, depends how much of a response i get!

requirements;
between the age of 16-early 20's, no experience required in singing/dance but some ability of both/either will be required. ONLY SERIOUS RESPONSES WILL BE CONSIDERED. Also, if you could attach a recent photo to your reply that would be fantastic!
