NL Recruitment is a specialist call centre recruitment consultancy that specialises in providing agents for call centre operations throughout the UK. A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced recruiter looking for a part time role.

You will be responsible for assisting in the management of one of our major call centre clients with a substantial operation in central Newcastle. This is a full cycle recruitment position which will involve client liaison along with interviewing and assessing candidates for a wide variety of call centre vacancies. In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop new business opportunities within the greater Newcastle call centre market

The ideal candidate will be an experienced recruiter with experience within the call centre, telesales, retail, sales and marketing, or similar sector. You will have the capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team when required. Your passion to succeed will be rewarded through an attractive salary and commission structure.
