I have a double room to rent in my flat as from September, ideally for at least 8 months. The room is big with a double bed, wardrobe, shelves and wooden floor.

The flat is quite spacious, with a good size kitchen, all appliances included, bathroom (with bath) and wood flooring throughout. The location is perfect, only a 5 minute walk to both universities and 5 minute walk into town. It would suit a working professional or student. I will be living there next year, going into my fourth year at Newcastle uni.
