Commercial Officer
This is a key support role to the Commercial Managers, and the commercial customers who are relationship-managed by them. An important part of the role involves dealing with customers over the telephone, resolving queries and dealing with requests, as well as processing credit applications.
Accurate and highly attentive to detail in your work, you must be an effective networker who can maintain good relations with the Commercial Managers and deal confidently, calmly, patiently and assertively with customers. A strong knowledge of the Banks systems and other departments is also important.
