I need a 2 bedroom flat maximum £450 per month in Newcastle or Gateshead in a block of at least 4 floors and that will not be on the ground or in the top floor,
t has to be in the area of NE4, NE9 or NE10

The rent has to between £350 to £450 per month and furnished.
I need it for the 11th of August.
I can provide very good references from previous landlords and the deposit.
