Hi, Im a 22 year old female young professional, recently graduated and enjoy socialising, going out, cinema etc, so would like similar house mates.

Its hard to find a decent but cheap professional house share so it's best to find house mates first then the house/ flat as you get a much better deal!
Im looking to move in the HEATON/ SANDYFORD area, would also cinsider jesmond or wallsend.
